The Wasatch Front Regional Council (WFRC) has formed a pre-qualified pool of consultants that will be available for the Transportation and Land Use Connection (TLC) and WFRC/Mountainland Association of Governments (MAG) Model Development assistance for three years. Regarding the TLC program, the group of selected consultants is separated into three categories based on firm expertise, and includes planning, ordinance writing, and market analyses/studies.
The consultant pool operates on a three-year cycle. As part of the 2017-2019 pool, consultants are qualified for consideration by program applicants through the 2019 funding year. In January of 2020 the consultant pool will renew entirely. In November of 2019, the consultant pool will open to all interested consultants and accept statements of qualifications (due in December of 2019) for addition to the 2020-2022 pool.
Pool consultants should become familiar with WFRC’s procurement policy, which provides standards that all projects within the program utilize to select consultants. For additional information, please refer to the Consultant Pool Request for Qualifications.
