The application process is a two-step procedure. Interested parties should submit a letter of intent and include the applicant’s contact information, project description, type of assistance requested, estimated project cost, and local match. Interested parties should also include supplementary materials as appropriate to help describe the project. Program staff will review the letters of intent and request additional information as needed. View our evaluation criteria beforehand.
The application process is a two-step procedure. Upon receipt of approval for the project’s letter of intent, interested parties should submit an application using the Transportation and Land Use Connection (TLC) application form. Program staff and partners will review the applications based on the TLC project selection criteria. When available and applicable, letters of support should also be submitted at this time.
Applicants will be notified in March if their project will receive funding, and WFRC staff will follow-up with additional information regarding next steps at that time.
