2010-2015 CONSOLIDATED PLAN
The Region's Five-Year Consolidated Plan is complete.  The Plan is intended to help identify local needs and to guide the expenditure of various community, housing and economic development funds.  An approved Consolidated Plan is necessary in order to receive funding from the HUD Community Development Block Grant Program.
